Next February 13th the second session of the “Thinking Football” conference series will be held at the BBK Hall (Gran Vía 19)

Under the title” Football and Equality”, the role football plays in the social struggle against sexism, racism or homophobia will be discussed.

In order to formulate these matters the following personalities will attend the conference: Mr. John Amaechi OBE (former NBA player and psychologist, recently honoured OBE (Official of The British Empire) for his struggle against homophobia in sport), Mr Hans Bonde(Danish writer expert in Gender and Sport topics) and Miss Nerea Onaindia(Former Athletic club player).The committee will be moderated by Mr Ibon Zubiaur (Doctor of Philosophy and principal of the Cervantes Institute in Munich)

The conference will be held at 19:00 hrs with free admission. The organization will provide with simultaneous interpretation devices, previous ID card deposit.
