Bilboko Konpartsak has delivered a 1,750€ check to the Athletic Club Foundation to be destined to the promotion of women’s football youth teams.

The origin of this amount goes back to the traditional Gastronomic Contest of the Aste Nagusia of Bilbao, which in their 2011 edition decided to destine all proceeds obtained from the ‘pintxos’ of two ‘Euskal label calves’ to their initiatives related to grassroots sports. At the request of the Athletic Club Supporters’ Clubs, the aforementioned amount will be destined to the promotion of women’s grassroots football.

Present at the event, representing Athletic Club, were Silvia Muriel and Jokin Garatea, members of the Board of directors.
