This morning, at the Palace of Ibaigane, the Athletic Club Foundation hosted the launch of the Hegosport football tournament, with whom it collaborates. At the event, Javier Regalado and Pau Guillén (Asociación Hegoak) and Jokin Garatea and Izaskun Larrieta (executives of Atheltic Club and patrons of the Athletic Club Foundation) attended. The Hegosport tournament is being organised by Hegoak, (association of gays, lesbians, transsexuals and bisexuals in the Basque Country) and aims to promote the LGBT collective being represented in the world of sport, and thus contribute to eradicating homophobia in this area.
